At Home Care Elite Construction, we strive to provide the highest quality service. Your satisfaction is very important to us.

Due to the customer nature of our service, all deposits are non-refundable especially once materials have been ordered, scheduled, or work has been commenced. 

​

 

Refunds will not be issued for: 

​

*Change of mind after project approval

​

*Delays caused by weather, material shortages, or circumstances beyond our control.

​

*Minor cosmetic variations that are normal within the construction industry (example, trowel lines, discoloration and imperfections).

​

*Damages caused after project completion by customers, pets or animals, vehicles, landscaping equipment, third parties, rodents, weather or acts of nature. 

 

* Payments for promotional offers, discounted packages, or same-day bookings are non-refundable.

 

If a craftsmanship issue is identified, customer must notify us in writing within 24 hours of projection completion. We will inspect and the concern and, if determined to be the result of our craftsmanship, we will repair the affected area at our discretion. Refund will not be given unless Home Care Elite Construction determines that repairs cannot reasonably resolve the issue.
