At Home Care Elite, we strive to provide the highest quality cleaning and home services. Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your service, you must notify us within 24 hours of completion so we can address the concern promptly.
* In most cases, we will return to re-clean the specific area(s) at no additional cost.
* Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued only at management’s discretion after all reasonable efforts to resolve the issue have been made.
* Services that were fully performed but disputed after the 24-hour window will not qualify for a refund or re-service.
* Payments for promotional offers, discounted packages, or same-day bookings are non-refundable.
