These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the services provided by Home Care (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to all clients (“you,” “your,” or “Customer”). By booking or using our services, you agree to the following:
1. Services

We provide home cleaning, nanny/childcare, companionship, and errand services.

Services will be performed as described at the time of booking.

We reserve the right to decline services that may be unsafe, unlawful, or beyond our scope of work.

2. Scheduling & Cancellations
-
Appointments must be booked in advance.

Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of service may result in a cancellation fee (up to 50% of the service cost).
3. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of booking or immediately after service completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept cash, credit/debit card, electronic transfer.

Unpaid balances are subject to late fees and may result in suspension of services.
4. Refunds & Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our service, you must notify us within 24 hours.

We will re-clean or re-perform the disputed portion at no additional cost.

Refunds are issued only at management’s discretion after all reasonable resolutions have been attempted.
5. Customer Responsibilities
-
You must provide safe access to the property and necessary supplies or instructions (if applicable).

Customers must disclose any hazards, fragile items, or special instructions prior to service.

We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, wear and tear, or unstable items.
6. Liability & Insurance

We are fully licensed and insured.

Our liability for any claim is limited to the cost of the service provided.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Health & Safety
-
For the safety of our team, we do not handle hazardous materials, bodily fluids, or environments that present a health risk.

Customers must secure pets, valuables, and personal belongings during service.
8. Confidentiality & Privacy

All client information is kept confidential and will not be shared except as required by law.

9. Media & Marketing

We reserve the right to take before-and-after photos of work performed for training, quality assurance, and future business marketing needs.

Photos will never include people, personal information, or identifiable belongings without the customer’s written consent.

By using our services, you grant us permission to use non-identifiable images of our work for promotional purposes, unless you request otherwise in writing prior to service.
10. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services at any time if a customer engages in unsafe, inappropriate, or abusive behavior.
11. Governing Law
-
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Iowa.

Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Iowa.
12. Agreement
By scheduling or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
